Introduction
Follow this guide to reset your Labouré student email/Office 365 password yourself. You can also call the Labouré IT Helpdesk at 617-207-3625 or our 24-hour helpdesk at 1-877-322-7748 to have your password reset.

If you know your current email/Office 365 password, sign into mail.laboure.edu.

Click your name in the upper-right corner, and then choose View account.

Click CHANGE PASSWORD.

Enter your current password in the "Old password" field, and your new password in the "Create new password" and "Confirm new password" fields. Then, click Submit.

If you do not know your current password, go to mail.laboure.edu.

Enter your email address if prompted, and then choose Forgot my password.

On the next page, enter your email address and the characters displayed in the image. Then, click Next.

Complete two of your registered multi-factor authentication (MFA) methods, and then you will be able to create a new password.
