Mitel Teamwork App

From the Mitel Connect App, select Messages to launch the Teamwork App.

The Teamwork app will open and you will be presented with a chat window. The menu to the left is separated into Workspaces and Direct Messages.

WorkSpaces are essentially group messages. You can send messages as well as sharing files by dragging and dropping them in the window.

Direct Messages are 1 on 1 messages between you and a colleague.

Clicking the + next to Workspaces will allow you to create a new workspace or join an existing one by searching its name.

To create a Direct Message, click the + and search the address book by Labouré email address.
