  1. In the AppStore, search for Webex. Download Webex Meet. Enter your iCloud login if prompted.

    • Tap the icon on your home screen to launch the application.

  2. Review and accept the terms and conditions. Allow notifications.

  3. Tap Join Meeting. Enter the 9 digit meeting ID number. Enter your name and email address.

    • Tap Join Meeting.

    • Enter the 9 digit meeting ID number.

    • Enter your name and email address.

    • Click Join.

  4. Click OK to allow webex to access your device's camera. Click OK to allow webex to access your device's microphone. Audio and Camera controls are accessible at the bottom of the screen.

    • Click OK to allow webex to access your device's camera.

    • Audio and Camera controls are accessible at the bottom of the screen.

    • If you are not speaking please make sure to keep your microphone muted. This reduces the amount of feedback that may be heard from other users.
