Distribute Your Survey

Sign into your Labouré Qualtrics account.

Click the three horizontal dots next to the published survey you would like to distribute.

Choose Distribute survey.

The survey distribution page presents several ways of sharing your survey. These are:

Anonymous link

Emails

Personal links

Social media

QR code

Select one of these methods on the side panel.

From here you can also Pause response collection to prevent anyone from submitting any further responses to your survey.

An anonymous link can easily be sent to anyone whom you'd like to take your survey. It does not track identifying information of respondents.

Your survey's anonymous link is presented upon publishing the survey, but it can also be found here. You can copy this link and easily to send it to someone via email, instant message, social media, etc.

Click Customize Link for some more options.

You can customize the text of the hyperlink.

Then, you can copy the HTML code and paste it where supported.

Lastly, you can highlight, right-click, and Copy the hyperlink itself and paste it into an email.

You can send your survey out over email from via Qualtrics Mailer. Click Compose Email to get started.

Edit the appropriate fields as necessary:

To -- The recipients of the email

From name -- The name that will appear as the sender; Reply-to email -- The email address that will receive any replies. Do not edit the From address.

When -- The time the email will be sent (now or in X hours, days, weeks, etc.)

Subject -- The subject line of the email

Message -- The body of the email. Make sure not to the change or remove the link to the survey.

After sending your email, you can check this page to see when and how many of your emails were successfully delivered, failed to be delivered, and how many surveys were started and finished via the email.

If you don't want to email your survey link through the Qualtrics Mailer as in the previous method, you can generate personal links. This will download a CSV file that you can use to create a mail merge.

Click Generate Links to get started.

Select the contacts or contact list to whom you'd like to send personal links.

Choose when the links expire.

Click Generate Links once finished.

A CSV spreadsheet file containing your contacts and each of their personal links will start downloading. You can use this CSV to create a mail merge and easily email your contacts their personal links.

You can return to this page to see how many surveys each of your contacts started and finished, when their links expire, as well as generate new links.

In the Social media section, you can easily share your survey on Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, or Pinterest. When sharing a survey this way, the social media site the respondent comes from will be recorded in each response.

You will be prompted to log in to your account on each site if you are not logged in already.

The QR code section will automatically generate a QR code that points to your survey. Respondents can scan the code with their smartphones to access the survey. Note that responses started via QR code will not have any identifying information tracked.

Click Download QR Code to download a PNG image file of your survey's QR code that can be easily shared with others.
